Sue Randles has drawn and painted since early childhood. She began her career in cartography and attended watercolour classes for many years. She now also uses soft pastels and acrylics, often painting the Dorset countryside.
Martin is a retired vet who lives in Langton Herring, he has been producing humorous animal sculptures for many years .
Hilary is a retired dentist and now a successful, published author and prolific artist. Her floral art and seascapes are much sought after and her recent picture books about Tiptoes the Cat were very popular. She lives with her husband Tim in Langton Herring. Together they ran the Chesil Rocks music festival in Langton Herring for many years raising much needed funds for the Samaritans. Their daughter Sarah ran the very successful Tik Tok campaign to help save the Elm Tree Inn.
Janet Wildey is a retired Graphic artist and illustrator. From leaving Art School Janet started out as a Graphic Artist for the
Civil Aviation Authority in National Air Traffic Services. She then moved to Luxembourg and worked for JPMorgan providing advertising graphics for the Benelux region. Upon returning to the UK she specialised in portraits of people, pets and animals. Janet now paints to raise funds for the Poole, East Dorset and South Wiltshire RSPCA of which she is a Trustee. She also gives demonstrations, runs workshops and teaches watercolour and mixed media techniques.
Lorraine is a fantastic professional animal portraitist . Her detailed work is very unlike the caricatures in the prints in this gallery. She lives in Langton Herring with her partner and family
Alan Freeman was a well loved character in Langton Herring. He was a professional artist having studied at Birmingham art college.
He was a prolific water colourist and produced an immense body of work.
His work has been donated by his partner, Hilary Webster

Ann Martin is a resident of Langton Herring and retired postmistress She is a semi professional artist and member of Bridport Art Society. She has exhibited widely in the West Dorset for many years. She is also a Dorset tour guide and the Dorset countryside features significantly in her work
David Webb is retired banker who resides in Langton Herring. Since his retirement he spent much of his time in Brittany and the Breton coast and countryside forms the subject of many of his paintings. He is a member of the Bridport Art Society and regularly exhibits locally.
Connie Webster was a long term resident of Langton Herring, she was a prolific artist and produced a large collection of work. Her paintings were donated by her daughter, Hilary Webster
